Curing time: After bonding, let it stand for 20 minutes, then load can run. If the curing time is extended, the bonding effect will be better.

Instructions

1. Joint design: cut the trapezoidal steps according to the thickness of the conveyor belt;

2. Surface treatment: Use a steel wire wheel to roughen the sticking surface, and then clean it with SEBO cleaning agent. After volatilization, the glue can be applied;

3. Preparation: Pour all components A and B of S400 together, and stir evenly with a rubber knife;

4. Coating: Apply evenly on the bonding surface with a brush. When the glue film does not stick to your hands, you can apply it a second time. When the glue film does not stick to your hands, apply it a third time and let it dry for a certain period of time. Test the adhesive film on the back of your finger. When the adhesive film seems to be sticky and non-sticky, it can be glued by aiming at the interface;

5. Bonding and curing: After bonding, use a round roller or a hand hammer to push back and forth from the middle to the surroundings 2-3 times, remove the air, let it stand for 20 minutes, and cool to room temperature, then the site can be cleaned and the load is running. If extended

Notice:

1. Use an iodine tungsten lamp to bake in humidity and low temperature to keep it dry.

2. The operation time is controlled within 1 hour. If the bonding area is large, two people can apply glue at the same time.
